At Unhover ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"), we offer refunds within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with Polar's standard refund policy and consumer protection laws.
Polar acts as our Merchant of Record for all transactions. Refunds are processed by Polar in accordance with their refund policies. Polar reserves the right to issue refunds at their discretion up to 60 days after purchase as part of their efforts to reduce disputes and chargebacks.

As Unhover is a digital product, once you have downloaded and used the extension, we may consider the circumstances of your refund request on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds are processed through Polar, our payment processor and merchant of record. Once approved, refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated and you will lose access to the premium features of Unhover.
Please note that the initial transaction fees are not refunded as credit card networks and payment service providers charge these fees regardless of future refunds.
If you have concerns about your purchase, please contact us directly before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank. Disputes cost $15 per dispute regardless of outcome. We work continuously to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues without the need for formal disputes.
